1/3	c	Whole-wheat flour
3	tb	Toasted wheat germ
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1	tb	Unsalted butter
1	c	Water -- plus 1 tbsp
1/4	c	Honey
1	ts	Lemon juice
1/2	c	Walnuts -- toasted and
		Chopped

Add nuts at beep. Do not use timer.
